PDA is located on the SW corner of the field.  If taxiing towards runway 8, take a left on the last Taxiway, prior to Hall Aviation (large tan hangar).  PDA will be located among the "quonset" style hangars, look for the Pee Dee Avionics sign above the bifold door.  Tie downs are available in the grass, directly in front of the PDA hangar.

If driving, use the gate located off "State Rd S-13-671".  Once you enter the gate, the PDA parking lot will be directly in front of you.
