CNC router for the precision cutting required to produce proper fitting panels.
All panels are treated with an etch & Alodine process that meets MIL-C-5541 Class 1A and 3 specifications. This is done to promote maximum corrosion prevention and adhesion for paint or powder coat.

Vinyl Wrap - Carbon fiber, wood grain, etc...
Engraving. Placards can be engraved directly into the panel coating substrate to create resilient markings. Direct panel engraving is available for powder coated panels and painted panels. We also offer engraving for adhesive backed acrylic placards that can be placed on vinyl wrapped panels.
Milling machine, lathe, and other specialized machining equipment is available for those jobs the CNC can't do.

Autopilot - Aircraft rigging can play a huge role in the performance of the autopilot systems. We can correct improper rigging on most airframes.
